Kyle Matthews: Invitation Worksheet

Please fill out the form below, making sure to include your offer for honorarium and describe the kind of event you have in mind. This is not a contract, just an efficient way for you to send us your information and questions.

Because every booking is unique, we do not set one-size-fits-all fees, but rather try very hard to work within your budget constraints to tailor a fee to fit your date, time, location, estimated attendance, the number of Kyle's responsibilities and presentations, etc… We simply ask that you make the best offer you can. If you would like an example of a typical honorarium for your type of event, please call our office and we'll be happy to discuss it with you.

After your invitation is reviewed and accepted, we will draw up an agreement that will require your signature and a 25% deposit to secure the date.
